  • What are the shipping and processing timelines?
    Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once the order has been processed, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.
  • What is your return policy?
    *All items are carefully selected and checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. We strive for 100% satisfaction and our policy is as follows: All sales are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged merchandise. Claims for any damages, defects or returns must be made within two days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit or exchange must be in the original packaging. Please email for return authorization before making any returns. Upon receipt of completed return authorization, a merchandise exchange or credit will be issued less any shipping & handling fees. Any returns may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returns must be postmarked within 2 days from the date return authorization was issued. There will be absolutely no returns allowed for special orders or merchandise that has been worn or damaged due to customer's negligence. It is the buyer's responsibility to send the return merchandise in good condition to ensure prompt processing. It is recommended to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges. Clearance items, shapewear, jewelry, handbags, other accessories and items purchased from certain promotional sales are final sale items. No exchanges can be made. If you return a final sale item, we will not issue a store credit or refund and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. No worn, altered or washed items will be accepted. Please allow 5-7 days for a refund to be issued.

    I am Curvy red reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and /or reject returns from customers at anytime due to but not limited to: Irregular or excessive return history with worn, altered, launder, damaged, or missing items; or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity I am curvy red reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
